Questions about the program
What percentage will I earn?
Your commission rate is agreed directly with FlaskTrack before you begin. The agreement will also define which subscription payments qualify and the payout schedule.
Is commission recurring?
Yes. The program is intended to share a percentage of ongoing eligible subscription payments, rather than only reward the initial introduction. Eligibility and duration are defined in your affiliate agreement.
How will my referrals be credited?
We agree on a referral registration and attribution process before you start. Existing customers, overlapping introductions, and other eligibility questions are settled through that process.
Do trials or unpaid subscriptions earn commission?
Commissions are based on eligible paid subscription revenue. Your agreement will explain how discounts, refunds, cancellations, and other adjustments affect the calculation.
Can I introduce enterprise or private deployment customers?
Yes, please discuss those opportunities with us. Enterprise licenses, implementation services, and private deployments may require a separate commercial arrangement.
Will I be responsible for running the software?
FlaskTrack operates and supports the product. Your role is to introduce potential customers and help them understand the fit. If you also offer consulting, training, or implementation services, tell us so we can discuss that scope separately.
