Our Company Creed

Scientific progress should not be constrained by laboratory software.

FlaskTrack exists to help researchers turn scientific ideas into reproducible, scalable, and commercially viable biotechnology.

01

Why we exist

Built for the people advancing science

Modern biotechnology depends on more than good ideas. Scientific teams must coordinate protocols, samples, molecular designs, inventory, equipment, experimental records, quality controls, approvals, and increasingly complex regulatory expectations.

These operational systems should help scientists move faster. Too often, they instead introduce fragmented records, rigid workflows, inaccessible data, unnecessary administrative work, and pricing structures that exclude smaller laboratories.

02

What we believe

Our commitments

01

Science comes first

FlaskTrack is designed around the realities of scientific work—not around generic project management conventions or software-industry abstractions.

Every capability should improve reproducibility, traceability, collaboration, experimental execution, or the quality of scientific decision-making.

02

Commercialization should be achievable

Promising biotechnology must survive the transition from early research to repeatable operations, validation, manufacturing, regulatory review, and commercial delivery.

We build FlaskTrack to support that progression without forcing laboratories to replace their operational foundation at every stage of growth.

03

Professional software should remain affordable

Advanced laboratory operations software should not be reserved for the largest pharmaceutical companies or the most heavily funded biotechnology organizations.

We are committed to transparent and accessible pricing models for individual researchers, academic laboratories, startups, growing teams, and institutions.

04

Your scientific data belongs to you

Customers should never be trapped by inaccessible formats, artificial export limitations, or systems that make it difficult to retrieve their own work.

FlaskTrack is committed to practical data portability, comprehensive exports, open integration paths, and direct access to the information laboratories create.

05

Artificial intelligence must remain flexible

No single AI model, vendor, or architecture will remain the best choice for every scientific organization, every use case, or every stage of development.

FlaskTrack is built to support multiple AI providers, customer-selected models, private deployments, and evolving model capabilities without forcing laboratories into a permanent dependency on one vendor.

06

Humans remain responsible for scientific decisions

AI can help researchers discover information, draft workflows, analyze records, generate candidate designs, and reduce repetitive administrative work.

Scientific review, approval, accountability, and judgment must remain visible, intentional, and controlled by qualified people.

07

Compliance should strengthen research

Audit trails, version control, approvals, electronic signatures, access controls, and validation records should reinforce trustworthy science rather than exist as disconnected administrative burdens.

We integrate governance and quality controls directly into laboratory operations so that evidence is created naturally as work is performed.

08

Software should adapt to the laboratory

Laboratories differ in their organisms, equipment, terminology, procedures, risk profiles, and regulatory environments.

FlaskTrack provides structured systems without demanding that every organization operate in exactly the same way.

09

Interoperability creates long-term value

Laboratory platforms should participate in a broader scientific ecosystem, including instruments, data-analysis systems, identity providers, messaging platforms, external databases, and custom internal software.

APIs, exports, extensible integrations, and open interfaces are core product capabilities—not premium afterthoughts.

03

Our product standard

One operational foundation for the laboratory

FlaskTrack combines laboratory execution, experimental documentation, molecular design, sample and batch traceability, inventory management, protocols, workflows, reporting, quality controls, and compliance evidence within one connected platform.

We reject the idea that laboratories should need a collection of disconnected systems to understand what happened, who performed the work, which materials were used, what changed, and whether a result can be trusted.

The platform should provide enough structure to support controlled operations while preserving the flexibility required for research, discovery, and scientific iteration.

Connected records Protocols, samples, batches, materials, results, designs, and approvals should reference the same trusted entities.
Operational traceability Laboratories should be able to reconstruct how work was planned, executed, reviewed, and changed.
Scalable governance Controls should support early research today and more formal quality requirements as the organization grows.
Practical extensibility Customers should be able to integrate their preferred tools, models, instruments, and reporting systems.
04

Open access to value

No artificial barriers between laboratories and their work

Data portability

Customers must be able to retrieve usable copies of their scientific and operational records.

Model choice

Organizations should be able to select AI models according to capability, privacy, cost, infrastructure, and scientific need.

Integration freedom

APIs and configurable integrations should allow FlaskTrack to work within existing laboratory and business environments.

Transparent economics

Pricing should be understandable, predictable, and proportionate to the value delivered.

05

Our responsibility

We are building infrastructure that laboratories must be able to trust

Laboratory software participates directly in scientific records, quality decisions, intellectual property, operational continuity, and potentially regulated activities. That responsibility requires more than an attractive interface or a long feature list.

We are committed to developing FlaskTrack with careful engineering, secure defaults, clear auditability, documented controls, recoverable data, and honest communication about the platform's capabilities and limitations.

We will continue improving the platform in partnership with researchers and laboratory operators while protecting the principles that led us to build it.

The FlaskTrack pledge

We will work to make professional laboratory operations accessible, connected, extensible, and economically practical—so that more scientific teams can move from discovery to dependable real-world impact.
